1) Acceptance of Terms
Your use of the Krazy Netz, LLC ("Krazy Netz") website, including www.krazynetz.com, www.gppsportsgroup.com, www.crazynets.com, www.krazynets.com, www.crazynetz.com, and any affiliated sites (the "Site"), tools, service content (as defined below), and/or products, including your shopping and any purchases made on or though on the Site (referred to collectively as "Services") is subject to this Terms of Use Agreement (this "TOU Agreement" or "Agreement"). BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, AND/OR USING THE
SERVICES (referred to as "Use" or "Using" the Services), YOU ACCEPT THIS TOU AGREEMENT AND YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY IT WITH RESPECT TO USING THE SERVICES. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THIS TOU AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.
2) Revisions to the TOU Agreement
Krazy Netz may revise this TOU Agreement at its sole discretion. Each time changes are made to this TOU Agreement, a revised TOU Agreement will be posted on the Krazy Netz home page or www.krazynetz.com. If you continue to Use the Services following the posting of a revised TOU Agreement, it will constitute your acceptance of any such changes and of the revised TOU Agreement. The most current version of this TOU Agreement will always be made available by us here.
3) Intellectual Property Rights / Copyrighted & Licensed Material
Krazy Netz endeavors to provide information that it possesses about the copyright status of the Content, and to identify any other terms and conditions that may apply to the Use of the Content (such as trademark, rights of privacy or publicity, use restrictions, etc.); however, Krazy Netz can offer no guarantee or assurance that all pertinent information is provided, or that the information is correct in each circumstance. It is your responsibility to determine what permission(s) you need in order

All legitimately sold products where licensed material appears must feature a holographic seal on the product's packaging or outside display label. Krazy Netz takes great strides to ensure that our products and subsequent materials related to licensed artwork, logos, and colors adhere to strict standards set forth by the issuing license authority (NCAA, NBA, etc). If you receive a product which contains licensed logo artwork and the license seal is not affixed, please contact us immediately.
4) Privacy
Our Privacy Policy governs a collection and use of certain information that will be obtained by us as you use the Services. Please review our Privacy Policy before you use the Services. Visit the Privacy Policy link from any page on our website.
5) Your Account
By providing the information above, you certify that you are the approved person to grant GPP Sports / Krazy Netz permission to verify the above submitted data. You also grant us the right to retrive company information including business credit profiles provided to us through Dunn & Bradstreet. This information may be used in determining whether terms are granted to your company. Additional documents will be sent to your company for approval and signature before any orders will be processed. If an
account is approved for your organization, the person assigned / listed above will be the primary contact and is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You are also responsible for the accuracy of any information entered as part of your account.
6) Product Sales
Company agrees that it will notify GPP Sports Group / Krazy Netz if you will pursue a change in sales venue. If an organization is selling Krazy Netz product through physical storefronts, you must notify us if you intend to sell online or through catalogs. The reverse shall apply. Licensing / copyright protections also restrict you from altering the Krazy Netz product in any way. This shall include, but not limited to, the packing label, the product and its patch, any NCAA
team marketing promotional materials provided to you, whether physically or electronically. If your company intends to sell Krazy Netz online or through catalog sales,
YOU MUST
contact your account representative or our technical operations group to receive permission to use, copy, or distribute any/all images or logos that appear on the Krazy Netz or GPP Sports Group. We must approve all images before "live" ecommerce posting of our products on any web site or catalog. Unapproved images or materials will be considered a breach of our terms and your account will be terminated instantly.
7) Termination of Account
You or we may suspend or terminate your account or your Use of the Site at any time, for any reason, or for no reason. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any or all aspects of the Site at any time, with or without notice.
